Have you ever wondered what knowledge Ukrainian professors need to equip their students with in order to actively contribute to their country’s integration into the European Union? Well, that’s precisely the question that Steinbeis’ experts Roxana Boboruta and Jürgen Raizner set out to answer. They were invited by the National University of Uzhhorod (UzhNU) to design a two-day workshop and traveled to Ukraine to make it happen. The workshop, titled “European Affairs and Project Leadership,” attracted the participation of 25 professors and researchers from UzhNU, providing them with profound insights into European affairs and international project management. Through candid and open discussions, the workshop sharpened their critical thinking abilities, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities, all in the context of Ukraine’s aspirations for EU membership.
